Sam Harris
Owner/Operator and Lead Builder
Sam founded S.C. Harris Builders and became a Licenced Building Practitioner on his return home to Christchurch from Canada in 2015. He has experience in commercial construction, residential building and renovation, estimating and project management in New Zealand, Canada, Australia and the U.K.
He is passionate about the value in older things - his pride and joy is his restored Toyota Landcruiser and he is a collector of 1970s motorcycles and antiques.
Sam has surrounded himself with carpenters, subcontractors, administrators, architects and quantity surveyors that he trusts and can rely on to get the job done and done to his standard.
